  • Assessment (Inquiry 25%, PODS Project 25%, Course reflections 25%, closing chat 25%)
  • Required assignments recorded as pass/fail, weekly activities are numeric calc. but not counted in grades

I left 20 minutes early for a cultural event.

  • Met with my Pod for the first time

POD Meeting:

Kristina, Ashley, and I touched base about our project and settled on a topic. We are hoping to do “Strategies and Theory of Increasing Self/Intrinsic Motivation for Learning.” The technological component of that will be in how we can use technology to accomplish/support this. I have been tasked with researching Intrinsic motivation vs extrinsic motivation as well as what are the merits and disadvantages behind both. Kristina and Ashley have their own points they will research before our next meeting, at which point we will set up a PowerPoint and create an outline for the slides. I’m glad that we have a plan. I am feeling good thus far in the course.
